House is available to rent month-to-month starting December 1 ending May 31. Owner pays for water/sewer, electricity, and internet. Owner will fill oil tank prior to move-in, and renter to leave a full tank. Renter may hire trash removal service or drop trash at the local transfer station. $250 non-refundable fee for pets to cover cost of cleaning. Renter is responsible for any damage to property or furnishings. Smoking is prohibited. Driveway can fit up to 3 vehicles. Please do not block the sidewalk. Renter is responsible for snow removal from the driveway and sidewalk in front of the house.
