There is no common or shared spaces and the entrance is removed and separate from the main house. The studio is locked and secured such that there can be no entry to main house. The yard is for your use only and will not be shared. We/housekeeping may use the washer dryer to clean the linens for the studio apartment when we turn it, typically not more frequently than monthly which requires entry into the basement of the house from the outside.
