We've been enjoying living at Legacy, but have found a house sooner than expected and have 2.5 months left on our lease. We are looking for someone to take over our lease which has a monthly base rent of $4,400 but we can offer it at $3500 per month (this unit is currently starting at $6,010). There's an option to do a new lease and application is through the apartments management. We've thoroughly enjoyed living at Legacy which has exceptional amenities and great location. Lease must go through property management.
