Parking conveniently just outside cabin. Cabin suitable for a single person or a couple. No more permanent tenants though 1-2 occasional overnight guests are fine. Utilities are NOT INCLUDED. Renter must arrange and pay for Wi-Fi service through Optimum, trash removal through Welsh Sanitation, heating through Bottini Oil and electric through Central Hudson. Owners will provide all contact information needed. No smoking. Any pets must be kept leashed while outside and sofas/ beds they jump on must be protected.
