All that is lacking is , three doors that have been purchased but need installing. Trim on some doors is incomplete, but it has been purchased and is ready to be installed. Hall bathroom needs flooring and a toilet installed. There is a 30 x 40 shop with roll up door on the front & rear of shop. vaulted ceilings throughout the house. We attached an sceptic inspection report that was done but we dont believe it is correct. We suggest another inspection. They done it 30 min after the giant rain storm yesterday 5/27/2020 . If the report id found to be correct, Sellers will make a concession to replace sceptic system, to be deducted at closing.
