There are hardwoods in the main living space, as well as, the hallway. The bathroom has original tiled floors with the original claw foot tub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials including pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, glasses, plates, bowls, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There are coin op washers and dryers in the basement of the building. There is no smoking inside the building or apartment. If you smoke outside please dispose of your butts in the appropriate receptacle. Cats and dogs are accepted; however, they must be 20 lbs or less. There is a pet fee of $50/month additional. Please pick up after your dog and dispose of the waste appropriately. The building is located in a bustling and vibrant neighborhood within walking distance to the southwedge neighborhood and many more places. It is also on the UofR shuttle, as well as, near RTS stops. There is off street parking for your vehicle (you will be provided with a parking pass, included in rent).
