Location is in the very desirable "Whitecoat District" next to Collegetown, popular with undergrads, grad students, med students, and other professionals. The 3 other roommates are male 3rd year medical students. The house comes fully furnished with beds, desks, and lamps in the bedrooms and couches and tables in the living and dining rooms. There is one bedroom on the third floor that has its own private full bathroom, three large bedrooms on the second floor that share a full bathroom, and the first floor has an additional half bathroom. Having 2 full baths and an additional half bath is very rare in the area. We are looking for a quiet and respectful tenant who is clean and will be respectful of the house. Tenant pays utilities
