This property is located directly behind our main house farther up the driveway and has an elevated, unobstructed view of the mountains and overlooks the pool and deck. The front porch is the perfect place to sit in the elevated tete'a'tete and have your morning coffee or evening beverage and watch the beautiful sunset over the mountain. We are just 4 miles south of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. First, last and security required to move in. There is also a $75.00 per month Spectrum internet charge which includes basic TV service and channels billed directly to the unit. Large screen TV provided. No smoking is allowed in the house at any time and if violated cancels the lease immediately. Rent is based on a maximum of 4 occupants, two adults and two children and is for one year from time of deposit. Visitors are allowed for overnight stays but must be limited to one or two nights only with no more than six people in total capacity. Tenants are responsible to turn over the unit as clean as they received it, with no wall or carpet damage except normal ware and tare. A walk through will be performed before and after the one year so that both parties are in agreement.
