Casual California cool oozes from the Coastal Surf Casita. We are avid travelers, and have done everything we can to make sure this home is comfortable for everyone. The living room has a sectional couch (with a pull out sleeper) and open nicely to the dining room and kitchen. We have provided a TV with Netflix, but you can also hook up any of your streaming channels so its like you never left home! The dining room is large enough to seat 6 and opens up through large patio doors to a covered porch with a ping pong table. Get lost in a fun family tournament or just relax in the HUGE backyard. There is a grill, so be sure to grab some Cardiff Crack at Seaside market one night for your al fresco dining. If the kids are getting restless, have them run around on the huge grass area or bust out the badminton set. The kitchen is completely decked out with everything you would need to cook all of your meals. We even include kids plates, cups and utensils as well as a high chair. This home is truly family friendly in every way. Safe, gated back yard, no stairs, quiet flat cul-de-sac! We love to cook when we travel, so we have taken the time to make sure you have everything you might need. There are two bedrooms, one with a King Size bed and the second has a full bunk bed with a single upper and trundle too. Both have blinds on all windows as well as ceiling fans. Both rooms also have large closets and the king size room is large enough to fit a pack n play. Home comes fully furnished, with all utilities, WiFi and AC included with 2-car detached garage. Home is fully furnished with internet, utilities, and yard maintenance included. Available mid January for 30-150 days. Longer terms can also be negotiated.
