Whether you like hunting, fishing, water/snow skiing, camping, dirtbike and ATV riding, etc this is a great place. 5 minutes from lake cocollala to fish/ice fishing and to water ski. Great places to hunt, camp, and ride ATV vehicles nearby. 35 minutes from Schweitzer ski resort. A beautiful view from the house all four seasons and a view of the northern lights a few times out of the year. There is plenty of water because we have our own well and there is a brand new water softener system. The home was only used a few times out of the year as a vacation spot. It is still in wonderful condition. It is a wonderful place to live as a permanent home or to be used as a vacation home. The single wide has a set foundation (real property) allowing you to build other structures on the property. We are sad to sell the property but we do not use it as much as we would like.
