A pet is okay, but cats have been known to disappear on our quiet hillside and a dog would have to get along with our two large canines. We are an older gay couple, and you must be compatible with us, able to pay the rent, a non-smoker, and only consume small amounts of cannabis or alcohol. all utilities included you must be responsible and compatible the ceiling is low.
