    Sale pending For sale by owner. We are moving to Oklahoma and are looking to sell our house QUICKLY, therefore, we are listing the house much lower than realtors suggested and are firm in our price. We are willing to split closing costs with the buyer. We will not rent to own the property or owner finance. This is a beautiful, peaceful, and cozy country home sitting on 7 acres. It has two bedrooms, a dining room, living room, kitchen, utility room, and 1 1/2 baths. It also has center heat and air. All rooms besides the bathrooms, kitchen and utility have beautiful hardwood floors. The foundation is solid and none of the floors have settled. We recently tiled the kitchen, utility room, and both bathrooms. Appliances can stay with the ouse if the buyer wishes. This includes a stainless steel GE refrigerator, stainless steel GE electric glass top stove, GE dryer, and brand new stainless steel whirlpool dishwasher installed in January 2018. As stated earlier, the house sits on 7 acres. This includes a large spring fed pond that has been there for decades and has never gone dry. It's great for livestock and attracts waterfowl through the fall and winter. The pond was re-dug and enlarged this past summer and is 15 feet deep. There's a 40x60' barn (quonset hut) that is in good shape, has one tack room, chicken coop, and working lights and electricity. There is a pipe corral area located next to the barn with a chute to load livestock. The area with the pond and barn is fenced and currently holds horses, but could be used for cattle as well. There is a 30x40' shop with a concrete floor, electricity, and electric garage doors that were replace in 2017 and have openers. The property has two large pecan trees on the west side of the house that provides great shade in the summer afternoons and evenings along with two mature pear trees that produce every year. Additionally, there's one small peach tree, nectarine tree, and an apple tree that were planted last year as well. The house is on well water and propane and the propane tank comes with the house and isn't rented. There's a 90x40' fenced in area with two gates that is currently being used as a dog pen, but could be used for goats etc. Inside this fence open is a grain bin that we use as a living area and shelter for our 3 dogs.
