Surround yourself with the smell of pine trees while hiking in the White Mountains, enjoy long walks with your four-legged pal or get on your mountain bike and enjoy a day in nature. While located on a road less traveled, this dirt road leads to adventure. Engage outside in a game of beach-style Volleyball, indoors in a board game, or challenge your opponent to a game of cards. The first-floor features an open concept living/kitchen/dining area with plenty of windows letting in the natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the creature comforts to make a fabulous meal. Wrap up the day with a peaceful dinner on the screened in porch, then head over to the fire pit with an ice-cold beverage or the makings for the perfect S'more. There is a queen size murphy bed on the lower level and a full bed in the loft along with two twin beds. There is a television on the lower level where you can curl up and watch your favorite movie after a long hard day of play (stream with Roku). Wireless internet and washer/dryer are also provided. There are many popular hiking trails close by including Brook Path Trail, Cabin Trail, Ferncroft, and beyond. Owner is a licensed real estate broker. Tenant pays all utilities including snow removal. Application fee $50.00 Credit and Background checks done. Subject to Owners approval. Renters insurance required. NO SMOKING or VAPING on property. Pet friendly with owner approval, dogs allowed for a $50.00 per dog fee (Sorry no Cats). No Smoking on property. Pet owners must clean up after pet. Electric, fuel and snow removal is on the tenant. Internet is not included and shall remain in owners name. Tenant shall reimburse Owner for the internet. This is a ten month rental. Property is furnished.
