It survived Hurricane Micheal very well. There is a well on the property and septic that was installed in 2010 by Hall septic. It’s rated for a 4 bedroom house. There is currently still trash and junk from previous renter that I haven’t cleaned up yet. I don’t have time and just want to get rid of the property. As I clean and fix it up the price will reflect the work put into it. But as of now I’m selling as is for $120,000.
