Walking distance to Boston College, and easy public transit (Green B,C,D Line) to Boston University and the Longwood area (Harvard Medical School; Simmons, Emmanuel College). Within a half mile radius are the Chestnut Hill Reservoir, shops (e.g. Whole Foods) and restaurants. The condo is on the second floor (sorry, no elevator). It has a little balcony, a small dishwasher, washer/dryer, and bike storage in the basement. Utilities (condo fee, water, wifi, gas) included. Renter pays for electricity.
