Our FULLY FURNISHED condo is on a very quiet street right on the Boston/Brookline line. Walking distance to Boston College, and easy public transit (Green B,C,D Line) to Boston University and the Longwood area (Harvard Medical School; Simmons, Emmanuel College). Within a half mile radius are the Chestnut Hill Reservoir, shops (e.g. Whole Foods) and restaurants. The condo is on the second floor (sorry, no elevator). It has a little balcony, a small dishwasher, washer/dryer, and bike storage in the basement. Parking is on street, but reserved for residents (as the lease holder you can get a resident's sticker). It is fully furnished, with all linens, pots and pans and silverware, kitchen appliances, etc. etc. We are the owners and are renting it out since we no longer have family living there. 12 month lease (or longer) is preferred.
