Cozy eat mountain home. It's all highway into town. Quick and easy commute. While you are not working you have a serene environment to unwind in. Within walking distance to Gutierrez canyon hiking and biking trails, Ribs BBQ, and Rumor Brewery. Hiking trails in the Sandias and Manzanos are very close by. The house is a 2 bedroom and 2-3/4 bathrooms (shower, no tub). Small and simple home. Pets are welcome; however, I do not have a fenced yard. Owner pays for trash, water is a well. Tenant responsible for any propane used during lease, electricity, and internet
