Unit will be available in April - we can be flexible with move in day and could offer proration of 1 month and a full lease starting on the first of the next month. Rent is typically paid via check/cash/money order each month, but we can discuss electronic options if necessary. Rent is $2200 per month The unit is located on a private road and is serviced by a private septic and well - not municipal costs for sewer and cold water. Heat is included with the rent as is snow removal and yard maintenance. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities (power, cable, internet, phone, etc.). Trash is municipal weekly pick up at no cost. Unit has its own mailbox and delivery address. Initial lease is always a 1 year term with first, last, and security deposit due at signing. Renewals are offered. Lots of communal outside space for grilling, picnic tables (tenant provided) or just relaxing. Parking for 2 to 3 vehicles is allocated to the unit. Current occupancy max capacity is 4 individuals. No smoking of any kind in unit (includes vape). No pets. No EV charging and/or storage of any kind (i.e., bikes, scooters) in the unit. No EV charging on site. EV parking may require additional insurance and/or deposits.
