You'll be in Unit 2, which spans the top two floors of a quiet duplex. The 2nd floor features a large, sun-drenched living and dining area, a full kitchen, and a peaceful back porch overlooking a tree-lined yard. Your room shares a bathroom with just one other person. The third bedroom on this floor is kept as a fully furnished guest suite (bed/desk/dresser) ideal for when you have visitors staying over. The bedroom comes unfurnished. However, I have a 2-year-old Full Tempurpedic bed with a motorized base that I'm happy to sell to the new tenant if interested. I am moving in with my partner so I am seeking someone to take over my lease from Feb 1 to June 1, 2026 with option to renew the lease for another year.
