We purchased then decided to gut and renovate on our own. Stainless steel appliances, front loading washer and dryer. Bathrooms upgraded with marble flooring and decor. All beds, couches, and furniture are brand new. Mini-split just installed that both cools and heats. We will leave a tank full of oil for use (oil is the main heating source for warmth and water), yet suggest buying wood for the fireplace or trying the mini split. We will cover internet, water, and garbage. You are responsible for electricity and any other bills. We do not have cable. We do have two brand new Samsung Frame TVs that are 4-K and have apps for any and all streaming sites you may have to log into. The house is in a HOA community, so the streets are plowed. We've spent the last two winters here and cross-country skied right out of our backyard into the state forest behind us. We have kayaks, bikes, and other outdoor adventure "toys" you are free to use when the weather permits. We are looking for a responsible couple or family. No groups or partying. We worked diligently on this home and want to find someone that will treat it as we do. No pets. No smokers whatsoever; the smells carry into the house and furniture, we found that out the hard way with our rental in Seattle. Sorry. No drugs; drug use is not tolerated. Lease must be at least 3 months at a time, or fulfill October 2022 until end of May 2023. Owner pays: internet, garbage, and water. Owner will also pay for a full tank of oil for heat / hot water. Tenant responsible for all electricity fees per month. No pets. No smoking (of any kind). No drugs. No tolerance with either. Parking outside, uncovered.
