It is only 10 minutes from Interstate 81 but you feel like you live in the country. There is quick access to shopping and restaurants of any kind. The backyard is quite large and there is a lot of established foliage. The basement was finished and could easily be redone. When our children were young we used to have sleepovers with 30 kids or more (the kids are now in their 40s and still talk about the wrestling pay-per-view sleepovers). I think one could easily add bedrooms in the basement. Taxes are reasonable and the local township takes exceptional care of the roadways. It needs a little TLC, but it was a wonderful home to raise our children in and we are going to miss it. We love this community so much that we are actually moving only about about 1.5 miles from this home.
