All utilities are covered. It's a Pretty great place and area to be in. I'll prorate the first month's rent, and pretty flexible on terms so everything's fair. House has an odd layout, looking at the pix, since the entry is into a bedroom that goes through to the living room and back to the second private bedroom. Place is clean, in good shape, and updated. As said, all utilities are covered. I'll probably want a bit extra deposit and/or rent for any pets though depending on the pet/s. Pretty quiet yet social property, if that makes sense.
