I'm a professional who works regular hours and am looking for a room mate who appreciates a low key atmosphere, and doesn't drink or smoke. The apt. is in a quiet area, $400 a month is the shared rent and 1/2 of the utilities, which are about $45 monthly on average. It is 5 to 10 minutes away from Patuxent River Naval Air Station and the room is available July 15, 2016. Sorry no pets are allowed as per landlord.
