I am graduating after winter quarter so my roommate and I will be gone, but my lease does not end until Summer so I am looking for someone who needs a place for Spring and Summer quarter (through September). I will be able to sublease the apartment. The apartment is located in a very convenient location as Save Mart is right across the street and Safeway is within walking distance as well. The B, P/Q, and G Unitrans bus lines all have a stop here and there is also a Yolobus stop. Campus is only about 1 mile away and I can get there via bike within 10-15 minutes. The apartment is actually pretty spacious even though it is only 1 BR. I use the living room as a bedroom and am able to fit my bed, desk, a sofa, and a tv inside with room to spare. The actual bedroom itself can also fit 2 people. The Anderson Court Apartment management is also very helpful and responsive. I have not had an issue with them before as they are very friendly. As a plus, they provide breakfast every morning during Finals week and serve nachos with chili every Thursday. So awesome!
