A minimum $250 of the security deposit will be used to clean the place if it is left less than it was on move in date. The portion of land beyond the owner's residence, leading to Mirror Lake is private property. Renters do not have access to the lake however, lake access is right next door via the public lake access road. This is a non smoking property.
