Smoking Policy Absolutely no smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the residence, on porches, or within any outbuildings. Violation of this policy may be grounds for immediate termination of the lease. Pet Policy No pets are permitted on the premises unless expressly approved in writing by the landlord. Pet approval may be subject to an additional deposit and/or pet rent. Unauthorized pets are considered a violation of the lease. The landlord will cover any repair or maintenance costs exceeding $25, unless the damage is due to tenant negligence or misuse. Tenant agrees to notify the landlord promptly of any issues requiring repair or attention.
