This 3BR/2Bath house is located one block from Nashota Beach - one of the nicest beaches in the area with a lovely park to enjoy walks and pristine beaches for swimming on the hot humid summer days. Two bedrooms located upstairs, one bedroom downstairs off the kitchen, downstairs bedroom has access to downstairs bathroom from kitchen or bedroom. Another bathroom located in the basement near the laundry room (it's a very basic bathroom Shower/toilet/sink) and a decent size space for storage also in basement. Covered front porch area, small deck off back of house, gravel drive to park cars off street, average size yard. No garage. This house has been remodeled and everything is newer, current tenants are still there, but will be vacating premises this month and house will be ready and available sometime mid August. I will need proof of income and a reference. Pets are not preferred but negotiable for the right tenant. Tenant is responsible for rent and all utilities. Tenant is also responsible for mowing grass and keeping yard presentable. I am looking for a long-term tenant with great references dogs could be OK as long asa they are well behaved. There will be a simple lease signed by both parties upon rental agreement. Must provide proof of income and references.
