Awesome home that is a work in progress. Someone who knows how to do finish work could put it back together in a week I would guess. Clean up the house inside and outside yourself. I think it would pass for loan because well water and heat both work in the home and hooked up. Need tic and replace boards already painted and materials in home stay with home.
