Nice condo with some cool decorating touches, fun vibrant colors, manufactured hardwood floors, shows great, very welcoming. We did not change out the colors, thought the buyer might like them as they are, a little touch up or hanging a picture over any nail holes will fix it right up. Nice complex up by Glorietta park, close to the fun shopping in Montrose but yet in a residential canyon sort of neighborhood. Complex has nice pool and views of the hills. Unit is one bedroom with a large bath and dressing area outside bath, very open and spacious. Common area laundry facilities, pool and nice view of the hills.
