    This property has much to offer to anyone who wants to build their home in a care-free setting on an ample one-acre site that is easy to maintain yet enjoys the peace and beauty of seeing lovely farms and the amazing distant mountains beyond. The land is very private and wooded. It rises gently, but well above the paved county-maintained road that leads in. Its driveway easily rises straight up the hill to the original home which was site built in the late 1950's. It was taken by fire and is still on the property, but it is of no value. Once it is removed however, it will probably be a great site for a home. Beautiful, large, old trees with smaller ones in between surround the level areas which are the most suitable for houses and out buildings. The view of the far mountains and farms that lay before them could be opened by removing some of the smaller trees. The trees also create a tall canopy over the land that makes it possible to develop a gorgeous yard once cleared of the underbrush, accumulated leaves and branches. A second area, about 75 ft from the old house was once cleared. Likely, this area would support a workshop, barn, or other buildings. There are no restrictions.
