Very private and sunny suite in a quiet condo community. The room has it's own private bathroom, a kitchenette, fridge with freezer, basic kitchenware, large closets, walk in shower, built in desk, and a peloton (no subscription). I would prefer to rent it furnished, but am open to unfurnished. I am looking for a quiet and considerate roommate. My bedroom and bathroom are on the opposite side of the condo. Laundry is on the patio and parking is right outside the unit. It's only a couple minutes drive from Target, Ralph's, and other dining and shopping options. 3 - 6 month lease then month to month
