    Beautiful property with lots of possibilities in need of some TLC. This is a great investment starter home for a growing family. Deer play in the fenced yard and Paw Paws and Walnuts grow in the back yard. A wonderful place to raise kids. Secluded, quiet country within minutes of Charleston. Large Shed with Lights and electric Outlets in the back yard. Electric Range, Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, and Riding Mower included. This home does need some updates. The front porch was not built properly and needs to be rebuilt. The master bedroom has one or two sagging floor joists that need to be reinforced. Old and stained carpet. Original septic system. We have recently completed an addition/remodel to our home and are not up for working on this one. We also want the new owner to have the opportunity to update the way they want. The house is being offered "as is", with no warranties, though it is a solid house with a family occupying it for the past 20 years. We just replaced the Drainage System and gutters on the property, which will mean much less maintenance for the next owner. Zillow lists nearly half of the property as a separate lot (on the map view). That is why Zillow's estimated value is lower than our price. They usually send you past the Eagle's Nest Apartments entrance. This road is passable, but not wide enough for two cars. You should go up Greenbrier from downtown Charleston, Right on Ruffner at the Go Mart for about 3 miles, then a slight right onto Valley Grove for almost 2 miles and the house is on the right.
