    Do you hate apartment living and want to live in a beautiful quiet country setting? If so, this MIL apartment could be the right fit for you. Available December 1 (possibly sooner), a 850 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom located at the back of an upscale 3000 square foot home on 2 1/2 acres in Maltby/Clearview (Snohomish address). This beautiful MIL has lots of windows and light, stainless steel appliances, tiled floors in the entry, kitchen and bathroom, a private washer and dryer, cathedral ceilings, ample paved parking, lots of storage, and a private outdoor patio with plenty of room for gardening, sitting by the fire or other outdoor activities. Located in a rural country setting, horses, dogs, and the neighbor's chickens who occasionally wander over are the only ones who look in your windows here, but you are minutes from highway 522. The house is currently completely furnished, but all furniture can stay or go. The yard is not fully fenced (it is mostly fenced and the back yard is a large open pasture fenced at the property line). The MIL unit has both a separate front door and back door from the main unit, and it is completely locked off from the main house. The location of the house is 2.7 miles from the Maltby Cafe and 1.3 miles from Echo Falls Golf Club. You can't drive by the house without an appointment because it is on a shared driveway and not a public road. I will provide the address when I schedule appointments, meet you at the property and give you a tour. There is a chiminea on the patio for small outdoor fires. The main house tenant is me, the owner, and my small, exuberantly friendly dog. I have owned the property since approximately 1993. Note, some pictures are from previous listing.
