The MIL unit has both a separate front door and back door from the main unit, and it is completely locked off from the main house. The location of the house is 2.7 miles from the Maltby Cafe and 1.3 miles from Echo Falls Golf Club. You can't drive by the house without an appointment because it is on a shared driveway and not a public road.
