Land/Lot for sale. The plot follows the edge of the pond and is very long. There is a small portion on the left-hand side which is zoned R2 (the portion between the green line and the black line). The rest is zoned OS. All of the plot is within a 100 year flood plain. This parcel used to be a part of "Venice on the Bay", and it has access to it using the Venice on the Bay roads. Venice on the Bay is part of a Special Community Benefit District which is set up by Anne Arundel County (see Anne Arundel code § 4-7-204(zzz) Venice on the Bay). They pay $35/year which is collected with their property taxes and then given to the Venice on the Bay Civic Association (see Constitution and By-laws). The properties which are part of Venice on the Bay are all those on Map 12, Parcels 7 and 8. This land is on Map 12, Parcel 7 (see SDAT record). This particular land does not need to abide by the by-laws because it was previously purchased as a tax sale.
