This is an Update since the last sale in 2016 to the current owner Judith and SIAMAK have no relationship with each other, this house is a tenant in common ownership 50/50. this 4 very small BR, 2.5 bath townhome has a small closet in each bedroom, and has carpet flooring dirty and old, except the area where Judith placed the rugs over the carpet is still in the original cream color beyond the rugs, the color now is dark brown look in the photos. The wall was painted in 2016 or prior looks okay, and all bathrooms are old from 2016, one bathtub is molded and is neglected by the current occupant Siamak and his parents the other 2 bedrooms are occupied by Judith and are in good condition. The old HVAC stopped working in 2017 never work since then. We are using the portable calling and heating in our rooms one in my two rooms and one of each in his two rooms. The realtor told us it was new but, when I called Michael and Son in 2017, they can't find any record of this house in their data. I was told that when it was over 7 years, they do not keep the record. Small, fenced backyard, and no updates since we moved in Dec 2016. All appliances are worn out all the kitchen cabinets are old all drawers were brokered already when we moved, we forgot to look at them well prior to buying the house. Lesson learns never trust the words of your realtor. Close to pools, tot lots, shopping, community college, and Dulles Airport.
