The full kitchen is equipped with appliances, a coffee maker, K-Cup, toaster, abundant smallware supplies, and culinary gadgets. Enjoy the wraparound deck, firepit, canoe, and two kayaks (you must bring your own life jackets). Entertainment options include a TV, internet, radio, and DVD player. Window AC units are provided for your comfort. Linens and towels are not provided. Parking is available for a maximum of 6 cars. Dock/suitable for tie-up and mooring are available, as well as a swim float. Firewood is provided. This non-shorefront property offers easy access to Hancock Pond via a right-of-way for Maine Pines guests only, just a one-minute walk from the cottage. There are two quick accesses to the lake: a short walk down the camp road to the private granite steps to the path and dock, and just past the steps to the rustic dam and sandy boat launch/beach with a natural zero-entry sandy beach with a sandy pebble bottom. Additionally, the secluded State Beach is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive out the camp road. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
