Tenant will be responsible for electricity, trash service, and any other utilities. The home includes a refrigerator, stove, and central HVAC air for year-round comfort. Rent is $750 per month, with a $750 security deposit, and a 12-month lease is required. Tenants are responsible for keeping the grass cut and maintaining the yard; however, if you prefer for us to handle lawn care, rent may be slightly higher to cover the additional service. The property features a large yard, offering plenty of outdoor space and more than enough room for parking. Application Requirements: Proof of income (minimum of 2x monthly rent), background check, credit check, and references are required prior to approval. Rent and deposit must be paid in full before move-in.
