The home is still available, and tours will officially open on Saturday, the 13th, after 10 AM. If the property is still available after that date, a second tour date will be held on Saturday, the 20th, also after 10 AM. The home includes a refrigerator, stove, and central HVAC air for year-round comfort. Rent is $750 per month, with a $750 security deposit, and a 12-month lease is required. Tenants are responsible for keeping the grass cut and maintaining the yard; however, if you prefer for us to handle lawn care, rent may be slightly higher to cover the additional service.
