Neighborhood Description Harding Road is a narrow, charming street lined with Smith-Singer 1930's colonials. The street is famous for it's "Harding Road Gang," which in days past was a group of residents that built a float for the 4th of July parade each year. The community still has an annual block party, and it's not unusual to see families hanging out in the front yard rather than the back.
