Minot is a fabulous insulated beach community, a trick or treat neighborhood with an active beach association which sponsors a sandcastle contest and cook out, 4th of July Parade and Harbor lights celebrations. There is also the annual progressive dinner and numerous parties. From the house you can walk to the beach and pull all of your toys, chairs, and refreshments along in a wagon!
