In the meadow around the house there is a peach tree, grape arbor, blueberry bushes, and young apple and paw-paw trees. Short walk to Wellesley Square shops and commuter rail, elementary school and public library. The Layout: Main floor: - Large living room with wood-burning pellet stove - Play room - Open kitchen with double-doors to outdoor patio - Indoor patio with ping-pong table - Bathroom with shower - Laundry room with washer/dryer - Music room/office or small guest room - Double staircase up to second floor Upstairs: - Broad balcony surrounding open central living room - Four bedrooms off four corners: two with queen beds, one with a single that can pull-out to two singles, one with a bunk-bed. - Two full baths - Bright office/library space Heat is forced hot water by natural gas with different zones controlled by separate thermostats. There is central air conditioning that is controlled by a single smart thermostat. Renter is responsible for utilities: heat (natural gas), electricity, internet, and water/sewer, basic yard upkeep, and snow removal. Renter is also responsible for recycling and waste disposal at the town recycling and disposal facility. We provide a lawn mower, shovels, rakes. Lawn-mowing, trash & recycling pick-up and snow-removal services are easy to hire if you prefer. We will provide a cleaning service twice a month unless the renter has a preferred cleaning service. We will use the basement storage space and this will not be available to renter. Lawn mower, shovels and rakes will be accessible. We will also provide air conditioner and furnace maintenance checks once per year and gutter cleaning in the spring and fall.
