Private room. Fully furnished. Bathroom is shared for showers only(bathroom is right outside of the bedroom). Kitchen, living room, and laundry shared. A beautiful big deck that has 2 chairs to sit and relax in the spring to fall. Laundry is in the apartment and no coins needed, it's a two in one. Internet and tv included. Street parking for now until we find a spare parking space. We are on the 3rd floor right beside the elevator and it's quiet. New microwave, new dishwasher. You will have two dressers and a closet. You will also have your own mini fridge as well as freezer space and fridge space if needed. Pots and pans and dishes, mugs are to be used. Streaming services are available. There is a few restaurants across the road from us. There is a Denny's, Wendy's, Opa, subway, McDonalds. Beside us we have a liquor store, a bakery, small pharmacy, and Tuckers(not even 8 min walk from us), there is a a bus stop 3 min walk from us, there is Deerfoot and Stoney trail near by. We are close to Chinook mall, and 20 min from South Health Campus. My husband and I are quite people, we have a cat. We are clean and relaxed people unless something happens to break our trust. Please bring your own bedding, and toiletries. No extra pets allowed. References needed. Need to work out of the home. Need to be respectful to us and our cat. Female only No smoking inside. No heavy drinking. No loud noises after 8pm unless on Friday night and Saturday nights till 10pm due to my husband working at 8am on weekdays. No partying. Guest allowed as long as we know.
