No powered dryer, but plenty of clotheslines and racks to dry clothes in the sun or inside. The home is near 3 walking/biking paths! Prince Memorial Greenway, Joe Rodota Trail, and the SMART path The price is for unfurnished. For no extra cost: the couches, dressers, and chairs around the kitchen island can remain :) This home is part of a duplex. The other home has its own address/private entrance on a different street, which makes it easy for packages and friends visiting! The backyard/orchard/chickens are shared areas for both sides of the duplex. The other home is occupied by a couple in their 30s who both work in walking distance. They are quiet and very kind people with a dog that loves everyone. Interest paid on deposit every six months as a thank you for staying long term! We want you to stay long term, however; we understand life can change and we never want you to feel stuck. You only need to give us 30 days notice if you wish to leave! We used to be tenants ourselves, we get it! Anywhere you go you will get bad news, here is ours upfront: -Highway 12 is your backyard neighbor (good side: it is raised up and you cannot see it, reducing noise and providing a forest to look at, bad side: traffic hum you may or may not get used to) This has a plus side of being close to the freeway on-ramp and a short walking distance of the fun, great restaurants, and jobs of downtown Santa Rosa! -Across the street is an ivy covered fence that blocks the view of a tow yard. The people that work there are awesome! They do most business during normal hours. And the other side of the street is left open for you and your friends to park on! She is a 8 years old Chihuahua, weighs 9lbs, and is shy around new people and dogs, but warms up if she meets you multiple times.
