Renton is super convenient, especially this neighborhood which is just blocks from the main street of restaurants and shops and the beautiful cedar river trail. Perks: Peace and quiet Clean common areas Walking distance to everything you could need including an express bus to airport and Seattle, lots of restaurants, shops, hot yoga, gyms, river trail and Lake Washington park, the library and more! Past tenants have commuted into Seattle by bus and said it was very easy. Easy street parking. Fast WiFi Quick access to I5, 405 and 167 ~ only 20-min into Bellevue or Seattle if you don't hit rush hour. Unfurnished bedroom ( Only a queen bed) for rent. Shared living room is furnished. Bathroom and Kitchen is shared among all 3 roommates. All utilities are split between roommates. Tenants are well established. Looking for a quiet and respectful tenant for a month to month lease.
