New gas heater just installed, gas stove, small fridge. Saltillo tile floor. The bathroom has a tiled shower stall. UNFURNISHED. Utilities included (~$200/per mo) with internet. Heavy internet users will either need their own service or an added fee of $50/month. We have two very friendly dogs (~40 lbs, Aussie breed type). Potential tenants can have a small dog that is well behaved and friendly (with an added pet deposit). No cats please. The casita is in our backyard, so you will need to talk through our yard to get there. We are a friendly, quiet, respectful family and we ask for the same in return. With notice, you can use our yard for small gatherings. The casita has a small private yard with a native grass lawn that we ask tenants to care for (watering and mowing). Despite what zillow says, there is NO central cooling, in-unit laundry, garbage disposal, or microwave. Street parking only. Minimum 6 month lease.
