    The house sits on 28.4 acres (subdivided into 2 lots, 14.6 acres and 13.8 acres) of open and wooded land. It is located on the eastern side of Gaskell Hill Road, a class 3 (gravel) town road that is maintained (salted, sanded, graded) by the local highway department. The closest paved road is 1/2 mile to the north and goes into the village of West Burke, another mile down the paved road. Our gravel driveway has recently been re-done. The open plan downstairs is comprised of the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a half bath and a hallway that leads to the two car garage and the woodshed.
