The second bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands, and a dresser in the closet. Both of the bedrooms have smart tvs. There is also a roll-away bed available for special circumstances. Located off of the dining room is the sliding glass door that leads to the balcony w/ bistro table and chairs and the back stairs that lead to the patio in the private back yard w/ outdoor dining table and chairs, charcoal style barbecue grill, and outdoor sectional sofa. There is also a small putting green including various sized putters and golf balls for entertainment. The laundry area for the carriage house is located in the downstairs garage which can be accessed by a door at the end of the back stairs. Parking is included for one vehicle in the driveway in front of the carriage house. Pets are generally not allowed, but will consider family pet of it is trained and well behaved. All utilities (water, electric, gas, internet) are included with monthly rent. $2000.00 deposit would be for a family of four. Deposit of $2,000.00 is due up front. Rent is $3,950.00 per month due on the 1st of each month. Owner is flexible on length of lease for anything over one month depending on circumstances. Rules: 1) No smoking in carriage house. 2) Pets are generally not allowed, but will consider family pet if it is trained and well behaved.
