The interior is all white and comes with a refrigerator and stove and oven. It does not have a dishwasher. The house is centered in Greenville south east side. It is close to everything including the airport shopping centers gas station schools library etc. Renter is responsible for for water and electricity. The water is provided for by the commission of Public Works located in Greer and the electricity is with Duke energy. I believe the trash service is with Kirby waste management. Renter may have a small dog or cat. Absolutely no smoking inside the home.( BONUS- Yard care is provided at no cost to you! Property is available for two adults or a single adult and a small pet. One year lease is required. The monthly rent is $900 due on the first of the month and a $900 deposit. You have a grace period to the fifth of each month but a $25 late charge after that. There is no pet fee but any damages will be taken out of the deposit. Also we conduct a background check credit check and rent history.
