Two story brick building located on a quiet street. Each unit has range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and A/C unit. In the basement, there is an individual storage unit for each apartment and a coin operated laundry room. Lease is month-to-month. Water and refuse are included in the monthly rent while the tenant is responsible for the electric bill. No pets are allowed unless they are of the permanently caged, non-venomous, non-poisonous variety, (ex. goldfish). A maximum of 2 adults are allowed per household.
