WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING APPLICATIONS. 2 bed/ 2 bath Mobile Home for rent. No smoking/ No pets. Updated a few years ago. Located in the Neel community, close to Hartselle, Decatur and Moulton. Quiet/ peaceful community. Inside the Danville school district. Located about 5 minutes North of Danville. Central heat and window units for AC. No utilities included, all utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. All utilities must be moved into your name before move in. $750 per month and a $1000 deposit( both are required before move in. Will add more pictures tomorrow. 9/27/25 will be the last day to send an application 1 year lease, 1st months rent and deposit required before move in. If rent is later than 7pm on the 1st of the month. Then a $25 a day late fee will be added to the monthly rent until the rent and late fees are paid in full. Tenants must have and maintain rental insurance. Proof of which must be provided before the lease agreement signing. If you break something then you are responsible to have it fixed. If pipes burst due to freezing temperatures, we will have it fixed at your expense. We consider these types of things negligence and you will be responsible for them.
