    Spacious room available for rent in a shared 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. There is a walk in closet with drawers and space to hang clothes and plenty of storage space! Bathroom may be shared if someone is in the third bedroom. Can be partially furnished, a double sized bed is available. The townhouse has a large airy common living area on the top floor with cathedral ceilings. I also live in the townhouse with my dog. I am the owner of the house and rules include no smoking (HOA rule), no parties, helping to keep the common living areas clean. Rent could be lowered for pet sitting when I am out of town. Tenant must get along with my dog. No smoking on premises of the HOA property. Looking for renters for 6 months or longer lease
